Hello, I'm Olya, the founder of Cometics.
Every bath bomb I create carries a part of my soul. I started this journey with the desire to make something of my own, something special, and today my bath bombs already have their own unique story.
What matters to me? Quality and care for each customer. I oversee the entire process: from selecting the ingredients to the moment your bath bombs leave the workshop. All products are completely safe for the skin, and even the vibrant colors won’t leave stains in the bathtub. Each product is handmade, so no two bath bombs are the same. I always strive to give you more than you expect.
My goal is not just to make a product, but to create something truly special for you. Every customer is important to me, so I always try to stay in touch and quickly resolve any issues.
Reliable packaging is a whole separate topic. I understand how important it is for the product to arrive intact, which is why I only work with trusted carriers. If something goes wrong during delivery, we’ll sort it out together with the carrier, but I always do everything I can to prevent that from happening.
